Focus Grade Check and Data Sheets

Students are supposed to pull their FOCUS grades and fill in the data sheets every two weeks. I need them to be mindful of their grades. This helps me to know how well they are doing in their classes. If students do not have a printer at home, I have Focus Grade Sheet they are able to use to fill out the information regarding their grades.

When a student turns in their Focus Grade check, I check to see if they are maintaining their grades, if not, they will have to meet with their teacher and me. If their grades drop below a 70%, the students will need to fill out a form, speak with their teacher and get the teacher signature. They will also have to have the parent sign the form. Therefore, all invested parties are aware of what needs to be done to bring up the grade.
